Michael L. Schuette

Michael L. Schuette (SM’15) received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Ohio Northern University, Ada, OH, USA, in 2002, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from The Ohio State University, Columbus, OH, USA, in 2010. He is currently with the Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, USA, where he develops RF and power semiconductor materials and devices. Prior to AFRL, he was at TriQuint Semiconductor, Richardson, TX, USA, where he developed GaN-based transistors with record microwave performance.
