Bio
Michael Krieger received the Ph.D. degree in physics from Friedrich–Alexander University (FAU) Erlangen–Nürnberg, Erlangen, Germany, in 2005.
He is currently a Senior Scientist (Akad. OR) with the Chair of Applied Physics, Department of Physics, FAU. His current research interests include SiC MOS physics, SiC luminescent point defects for quantum technology, and epitaxial graphene on SiC.
