个人简介
Michael Trela is a professional staff member in the Fault Protection and Autonomy Section of the System Engineering Group at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory (APL). Michael is currently a fault protection and autonomy engineer for the STEREO mission. In addition, Michael is the principle analyst of the MESSENGER propulsion system. While at APL, Michael has worked on the New Horizons autonomy system and has developed advanced liquid propulsion modeling tools. Michael has a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Stanford University.
