Michael A. Mischna

Michael Mischna is an atmospheric scientist studying Mars climate and cli-mate evolution. He received his B.S. in Atmospheric Science from Cornell University, and Ph.D in Geophysics and Space Physics from UCLA. He has worked at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory for 17 years as a research scientist and in support of spacecraft entry, descent and landing for numerous Mars surface missions. He is presently supervisor of the Planetary and Ex-oplanetary Atmospheres group at JPL and Principal Scientist of NASA's Mars Exploration Program Office.
