Mengliu Yang

Mengliu’s general research interest is in understanding cellular signalling networks and tissue crosstalk in human diseases. She was educated at The Chongqing Medical University and completed her PhD with Prof. John Whitehead, The University of Queensland, before pursuing post-doctoral training with Prof. Gangyi Yang, Chongqing Medical University, China. She leads a multidisciplinary team focused on prevention and treatment of diabetes, obesity, and cancers.
