个人简介
Maksudul Hossain (Student Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Dhaka, Bangladesh, in 2014, and the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Clemson University, Clemson, SC, USA, in 2017. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree with the Electrical Engineering Department, Mixed Signal Computer Aided Design (MSCAD) Group, University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, AR, USA. He studied graphene-transition metal heterojunction-based gas sensors in the master's and Schottky-barrier MOSFET model during the bachelor's degree. In 2019, he was a Device Modeling Intern with onsemi, PA, USA. His research interests include compact modeling and characterization of wide bandgap semiconductor devices for power electronics and low voltage IC applications for extreme environments.
