Maximilian J. Poller

My research focus is the understanding of relationships between molecular structure/composition and functionality (e.g. catalytic activity) with the aim of enabling targeted synthesis of functional inorganic molecules. As the senior chemist of the Albert research group, I specifically develop polyoxometalate catalysts for sustainable processes. I am currently looking for opportunities to lead my own research group, so I can pursue my research interests more independently.
