Bio

Maximilian Brell received the Diploma degree in geography from the Dresden University of Technology, Dresden, Germany, in 2011, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Potsdam, Potsdam, Germany, in 2018. He currently holds the position of Post-Doctoral Researcher at the Helmholtz Centre Potsdam—GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences, Potsdam. His area of responsibility is the external validation of the official EnMAP products. His research interests include sensor systems, imaging spectroscopy, LiDAR, CAL/VAL, and sensor fusion.
