Bio
Matthew M. Wronski (M'08) received the M.A.Sc degree from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Toronto, Toronto, ON, Canada, in 2005, in the field of optofluidic sensors. He is currently working towards the Ph.D. degree in medical biophysics at the University of Toronto, where he is at the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.
His current research focus is on the development of high sensitivity flat panel detectors for low-dose diagnostic medical imaging applications. He has recently filed a patent pertaining to the integration of amorphous avalanche photoconductors with image readout arrays.
Mr. Wronski is a student member of AAPM and COMP Societies.
