Bio
My research is focused on developing and applying computational methods based on Bayesian statistics to create maximally accurate structural models of proteins and macromolecular complexes by combining noisy, sparse, ambiguous, and even low-resolution experimental data collected on conformationally heterogeneous samples. Furthermore, efficient generation of models required advanced sampling techniques, which I develop and disseminate through the PLUMED package (www.plumed.org).
