My scientific journey involves the investigation of two pivotal aspects of immunotherapeutic modalities in the space of hematological malignancies: 1) identification of targets in leukemic cells for T-cell-based immunotherapy and 2) deciphering the evolution of T-cell exhaustion as a potential contributor to immunotherapy failure and relapse. My research expertise combines phenotypic, functional, transcriptome, and epigenome analyses to advance Bispecific antibody and CAR T Cell therapy.
