Martin Bergeron

Martin Bergeron received the B.Sc. degree in physics from McGill University, Montreal, Canada, the M.Sc. degree in astrophysics from the Universit′e de Montreal, Montreal, Canada, and the Ph.D. degree in remote-sensing from the Universit′e de Sherbrooke, Sherbrooke, Canada. Since 2000, he has held a physical scientist position with the Space Technology Branch of the Canadian Space Agency, St-Hubert, Canada. He was involved with Mission Applications and with the User & Science Team for the Hyperspectral Environment and Resource Observer (HERO) Mission. In 1999 he was a professor for undergraduate teaching in physics at the Universit′e de Moncton, campus d'Edmundston, Edmundston, Canada. His research interests include mission parameters trade-off, atmospheric physics and hyperspectral data compression.
