个人简介
I am a passionate statistician, demographer and psychometrician, possessing strong personal and team building skills, willing to learn for personal and organizations’ benefits. I have worked with Luigi Giussani Institute of Higher Education (LGIHE) in the Department of Research, Monitoring and Evaluation for more than 8 years now. This has made me gain experience in both quantitative and qualitative research while carrying out the required M&E roles and responsibilities. I have also jointly participated in various external consultancies with a team of Specialists, Professors and PhD fellows to conduct research and data analysis. Through this exposure I have gained expertise in research development, execution and supervision, team building, problem solving, organizational skills, proposal development, report writing and data analysis. My research interests are research interests are in psychometrics i.e., testing, measurement and assessment; impact evaluations such as implementation of (cluster) randomized controlled trials, quasi experimental designs, etc.; longitudinal studies involving panel data analysis, population and youth development, and educational assessment and evaluation.
