I am a marine geologist with experience on evaluating sedimentary processes and hydrodynamics controlling the changes on seabed morphology. My research interests are: assessing the impact of anthropogenic activities over the seabed, changing the seafloor geomorphology and affecting the benthic communities; understanding the formation of depositional and erosive bedforms and determine their geologic evolution; evaluating sediment distribution and exchange from the coast to the deep water regions.
