Margaret (Peggy) Barr is the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Professor of Virology and Immunology at the College of Veterinary Medicine, Western University of Health Sciences. Peggy does research in Veterinary Medicine and Veterinary Education. Her most recent publication is 'Assessing Cat Flea Microbiomes in Northern and Southern California by 16S rRNA Next-Generation Sequencing'. Her current research areas are professional and curriculum development in veterinary education.
