Bio
Marco G. Pala received the Laurea degree in physics and the Ph.D. degree in electronic engineering from the University of Pisa, Pisa, Italy, in 2000 and 2004, respectively.
In 2003, he was with the University of Karlsruhe, Karlsruhe, Germany, where he was mainly involved with spin-dependent problems in nanostructures. In 2005, he was with CEA-Leti, Grenoble, France, working on the simulation of innovative MOSFET devices. Since November 2005, he has been a CNRS Researcher at IMEP-LAHC, Grenoble INP Minatec, Grenoble. His main interests concern the analytical and numerical studies of the electronic and transport properties of mesoscopic structures and nanowire devices.
