Bio
Dr. Marco De Sisto is an internationally recognized psychologist, criminal investigator, and human resource specialist. Senior Lecturer in the School of Management of RMIT University (Melbourne), he is currently the course coordinator of Human Resource Management in Australia (Melbourne), Singapore, and Vietnam. For almost 15 years, he has designed, developed, and taught innovative transnational learning experiences for students at undergraduate (Bachelor of Business and Social Science) and postgraduate (Master of HRM) levels across several countries. His multidisciplinary works have been published in journals, such as Human Resource Management Journal, Journal of Product Innovation Management, Journal of International Management, International Small Business Journal, Emerging Markets Review, Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources, Leadership & Organization Development. His main research interest focuses on the implementation of HR principles within the decision-making processes of Top Management Teams in unstable or extreme environments.
