Bio
Marc Sansa received the Ph.D. degree in electronic engineering from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Barcelona, Spain, in 2013.
He is currently a Research Engineer with the Sensors and Actuators Laboratory, CEA-Leti, Grenoble, France, where he works on microelectromechanical system (MEMS) sensors and resonators. He has coauthored more than 40 publications and several patents in the field of MEMS.
