个人简介
Currently, I am working on the extraction of plant-derived polysaccharides using green extraction methods and their utilization as a cost-effective, eco-friendly, and healthy material for different food industrial applications. I am also working on the utilization of natural or waste materials for the fabrication of biodegradable and smart food packaging materials. Also, have expertise in the development of low-fat food products using plant-based ingredients with desirable food quality.
