Current research interests: Marine and estuary, tidal wetlands, nitrogen and carbon cycles, stable isotope, microbial ecology, and so on. Methods and techniques: high-throughput sequencing, quantitative PCR, stable isotope, and so on. Present studies: Now, we are focusing on the restoration of estuarine wetlands, the treatment of river and lake water, and so on.
