Manfred Hartmann received the Dipl. Ing. degree in Electrical Engineering from Vienna University of Technology, Austria, in Apr. 2003. From May 2003 till Dec. 2004 he has been with the Department of Communications and Radio-Frequency Engineering, Vienna University of Technology, working as a Research Assistant within the project “Advanced Multicarrier Systems for Wireless Communications.” Since March 2005 he is with Austrian Research Centers GmbH - ARC, Vienna. His research interests include statistical signal processing, wireless communications, and biomedical signal processing.
