个人简介
Makoto Tanaka received a B.S. in Engineering in 1990, an M.S. in Engineering in 1992, and Doctor of Engineering in 1999 from Tokai University. He is presently an associate professor of Aerospace Engineering at Tokai University. Since 1997, he has been worked at Kyushu Institute of Technology on the hypervelocity impact phenomena of space debris. Since 2000, he has been working at Tokai University on integrated researches of space debris including modeling, orbit analysis, hypervelocity impacts, and aerospace traffic controls. Since 2004, he has been with the Ernst-Mach-Institute in Germany as a visiting scientist for one year. Since 1982, he has been worked for missions of JAXA as a project member. He mainly investigated analysis of geomagnetism, analysis of attitude, magnetometers, and optical sensors mounted on satellites and sounding rockets of JAXA.
