At the age of 37, I became a full professor at Warsaw University of Life Sciences. I am a co-founder and Member of the Board of the Cellis- company which operates in Poland and Switzerland. Cellis develops innovative macrophage therapy of solid tumors, focusing on the most difficult tumors to treat: glioblastoma, ovarian cancer and pancreatic cancer. Responding to the needs of Covid-19 pandemic, I opened Cellis Diagnostics - company that provides SARS-Cov2 testing service for the hospitals, outpatient clinics and consumers. In 2020 I was shortlisted finalist in EU Prize for Women Innovators Award. My career path is very often presented as an example to inspirate young people, especially woman, to show them that nothing is impossible, and to look always for solutions and not problems, particularly when it comes to making “big changes” in our world. I always try to spread among young people that with every defeat is an opportunity to learn.
