Bio
马欣然,华东师范大学生命科学学院研究员。入选国家自然科学基金委“杰青”、基金委“优青”、上海市高校特聘教授“东方学者”、上海市“浦江人才计划”、上海市“青年拔尖人才”、重庆市“杰青”、华东师范大学“紫江优秀青年学者”。在Cell, Cell Metab, PNAS, Adv Sci, Hepatology, J Hepatol, Cell Res, Aging Cell等国际著名学术期刊发表文章50余篇,获得科技部、基金委、教育部、上海市科委和教委等多项基金资助。
长期研究脂肪和肝脏等代谢器官响应温度、营养和衰老等内外源应激,参与代谢稳态调控的关键分子和作用机制。系统性揭示:(1) 脂肪组织响应环境温度调控产热和能量代谢的作用机制 (HSF1、FOXA3等);(2) 营养过剩促进肥胖和非酒精性脂肪肝进程的转录和表观机制 (YTHDC2、FOXA3和UHRF1等);(3) 衰老应激下脂肪组织稳态失衡的细胞和组织间对话机制 (FOXA3、FGF6、PGC1α4, Irisin等)。
