M. V. K. Sivakumar

Dr. Mannava Sivakumar was the former Director, Climate Prediction and Adaptation Branch (CLPA) in the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and is currently the Editor-in-Chief of the Weather and Climate Extremes Journal published by Elsevier and a senior Consultant with World Bank and WMO. He has over 300 publications, including 54 books and 87 articles in international journals. He is a Fellow of seven international scientific societies and received several awards in his career.
