Reza Ahmadian

Reza Ahmadian focuses on the control mechanisms of disease-related signaling pathways by (i) identifying native RAS-protein complexes in cell-specific contexts and at subcellular sites, (ii) elucidating structure-function relationships of protein-protein interactions, (iii) characterizing signaling networks in cells and reconstructing these networks in vitro in solution on synthetic liposomes, and (iv) validating novel interactions as potential drug targets.
