Research interests:
• investigation of relaxation phenomena (memory effects, magnetic aging) in strongly interacting nanoparticle systems
• investigation of magnetic nanoparticles with potential application in magnetic hyperthermia
• synthesis and characterization of rare earth and transition metals based magnetic systems (iron oxide nanoparticles, manganites)
• structural characterization of materials by XRD technique
• investigation of magnetic properties by different experimental techniques (Mössbauer spectroscopy, SQUID magnetometry)

○ Leader of WP in ERA-Chairs FP7 Project (2014-2019).
○ Principal Investigator in Bilateral project ‘Application of magnetic nanoparticles in the development of thermal memory cell’ between Republic of Serbia and Republic of Slovenia (2016-2017)
○ Participant in INCO WBC project, FP6 Framework programme (2006-2009).
○ Participant in two national research projects (Magnetic and radionuclide labeled nanostructured materials for biomedical applications III 45015 (2011-2015), Structural and magnetic properties of nanoparticle and polycrystalline rare earth and 3d metal oxides 141027 (2006-2010).
○ Management Committee member substitute in COST Action MP1308 Towards Oxide-Based Electronics (TO-BE).
○ Participant in COST Action TD1402 Multifunctional Nanoparticles for Magnetic Hyperthermia and Indirect Radiation Therapy (RADIOMAG).
