(physics, University of Tennessee) and Ph.D. degree (nuclear Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology); Professor of Health & Medical Physics (Amirkabir University of Technology); Member/Chair (Environmental Engineering Branch, Iran Academy of Sciences); about 50 years of national/international experiences research and development, education and training and administration in USA (ORNL, University of Tennessee, Georgia Institute of Technology); in Iran (established many laboratories; founder/former DG of National Radiation Protection Department; national distinguished professor; member/chair of high scientific committees, etc.); at IAEA in Vienna (as Regional Manager, Technical Officer and Expert to many countries), International (Chair of ICHLNRRA Committee, ISO WGs, Conference Chair, etc.); specialized in health and medical physics, radiation dosimetry, radiation measurements/spectrometry; electrochemical etching ion detection; solid state dosimetry such as SSNTDs, TLDs, Electrets, etc.; standards on education and training, supervised near 100 MSc & PhD theses; authored over 150 journal articles and over 120 conference presentations; conference editor/editor/editorial board of international journals; recipient of national & international awards/medallions in USA (Xigma Xi Ph.D. outstanding research contribution award; best ANS Conference Student Award), IAEA (shared IAEA 2005 Nobel Prize, DG Distinguished Service Award), Iran (Research Medallion from President; Allame Tabatabaee National Distinguished Professor Award; many University President Awards; best Director Award, etc.), International (Award of Honor of ICHLNRRA Osaka Japan); member/founder of some national & international societies (e.g. Health Physics Society (USA) for over 40 years; International Radiation Protection Association; International Nuclear Track Society; Iran Physics Society, Iran Radiation Protection Society; Iran Medical Physics Society; etc.); Some recent interest and breakthroughs on “Universal Radiation Protection System Hypothesis”; Mega-size panorama ECE image detection systems; breakthrough in $4\pi$ ion emission mechanism understanding in PFDs (Nature - Scientific Report 2016); 6 MV and 18 MV high energy X-ray photoneutron dosimetry; Education Standards & Standards Education (ESSE) Process in National Education Cycle.
