Michael A. Hamilton received the bachelor's, master's, and doctorate degrees in industrial and systems engineering from Mississippi State University, Starkville, MS, USA, in 2005, 2007, and 2011, respectively, a graduate certificate in modeling, simulation, and visualization engineering from Old Dominion University, Norfolk, VA, USA, and two certifications in big data analytics from the University of California San Diego, San Diego, CA, USA, and in data science from John Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD, USA.
