Luis Esteban

Luis Esteban received the B.Sc. degree in electronics engineering from the Universidad de Zaragoza, Spain, in 2003, the M.Sc. degree in electronics engineering from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain, in 2005, and the Ph.D. degree in electronics from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Spain, in 2011. He has worked as a Lecturer and Researcher at several universities and research centers such as the University of Liverpool, U.K., the University of California at Berkeley, USA, the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Spain, Ciemat, Spain, and CSIC, Spain. His research interest is focused on the implementation of digital signal processing and artificial intelligence algorithms in ASICs and FPGAs for space and scientific applications. Furthermore, the evaluation of the implementation issues in digital- and mixed-signal systems and the use of rapid prototyping techniques are also the fields that he is interested in pursuing.
