经十年努力,推动清华成为激光加速领域具有顶级国际学术影响力的研究机构,并领导团队在新一代工业级超短超强激光器及激光加速驱动桌面光源产品研发方面引领世界发展。入选青年千人(2011),国家杰出青年(2014),中组部万人计划领军人才(2018)、长江特聘教授(2018)等人才计划。曾获激光加速首届John Dawson奖(2007),国际纯粹与应用物理联合会IUPAP青年科学家奖(2014),首届亚太物理联合会等离子体物理青年科学家奖(2016),首届蔡诗东等离子体物理杰出贡献奖(2019),腾讯科学探索奖(2020)等知名奖项。
