个人简介
L. Filipe-Ribeiro is Graduate in Enology by the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro (UTAD), Master Science in Viticulture & Enology by the University Técnica of Lisbon (UTL) and PhD in Chemical and Biological Sciences by the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro (UTAD). Invited assistant teacher (50%) since 1999 at 2014 in the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro. Full Member of the Chemistry Research Centre of Vila Real (UTAD), Research group of Food and Wine Chemistry. Research interests include food and wine chemistry, winemaking, wine chemical treatments and materials, enological chemistry, analytical mehods, aroma and phenolic compounds, polysaccharides, proteins and sensorial analyses.
