L Chen

Liang Chen received the B.Eng. and M.Eng. degrees in 2003 and 2011, respectively, from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, where he is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree. He is also a Visiting Scholar with the School of Microelectronics, Southern University of Science and Technology, Shenzhen, China. His research interests include design, fabrication, and packaging of GaN optoelectronic devices.
