Loukas Koungoulos

I am a recent PhD (Archaeology, University of Sydney) graduate, and currently a postdoctoral fellow at the Australian National University. My doctoral research investigated the origins and history of the dingo, with a focus on the expression of relationships between dingoes and indigenous Australians in the archaeological record. I am interested in the origins of domestic, feral and translocated animals, and more broadly in ancient human-animal relationships in the Asia-Pacific region.
