I am interested in the interactions between cells and materials using synthetic polymers and natural polymers. These interactions include general cell attachment, investigations into material cytotoxicity, cell migration over or through materials and the development of materials to encourage specific responses. I am also interested in the development of technologies to image tissue engineered constructs, especially non invasive / label free techniques.
