个人简介
Veterinary graduated at the Federal University of Pelotas (2012), Master in Food Science and Technology at the Federal University of Pelotas (2015), PhD in Sciences at the Federal University of Pelotas (2018). Postdoctorate at the Department of Agroindustrial Science and Technology of the Federal University of Pelotas in the area of Food Microbiology (2018-2019). Works in the area of Preventive Veterinary Medicine and Food Science and Technology, with emphasis on Food Microbiology and Foodborne Diseases (DTA). Has extensive experience in microbiological and physicochemical analysis of food of animal products, veterinary bacteriology and phenotypic and genotypic characterization of microorganisms. Experience in resistance to antimicrobials, in particular Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella spp., In the characterization of the phenotypic resistance profile, research of associated resistance genes and in vitro and food matrix conjugation assays.
