I graduated and obtained a Ph.D. from the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Southampton in 1999, UK. Now, I am a professor at the Department of Environmental Engineering and Management at the Chaoyang University of Technology in Taiwan. My research interests focus on biomass, bioenergy, biorefinery, anaerobic digestion, microbial fuel cells, circular economy, biochar application, nanomaterials, renewable energy, biochar concrete etc.
