课题组研究目标为:
1)做更“亮”的荧光探针:通过对无机稀土纳米材料的结构设计与表面修饰优化,将其发光强度提高了3个数量级。
2)做更“快”的检测:通过DNA自组装构建局域反应空间增加反应物浓度、提高反应效率,将反应速度由几小时缩短到几分钟。
3)做更“准”的治疗:利用细胞膜表面DNA逻辑运算与近红外光控策略,通过DNA编程对细胞膜进行功能化,实现单细胞行为监测并对细胞功能与生理过程进行监测与调控。
