Bio
主要研究兴趣包括可穿戴/可植入柔性电子器件、MEMS脑机接口器件、极端环境智能微传感器以及微纳加工技术。近5年在Advanced Materials、Biomaterials、Small、Biosensors and Bioelectronics、Sensors and Actuators (A/B)、IEEE J-MEMS 等国际著名刊物上发表论文近60篇,IEEE MEMS和Transducers 等顶级国际会议发表会议论文近30篇。2014年入选ESI高引用论文3篇,第一作者授权国家发明专利25项。主持项目包括:国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家重大专项、国家重点研发计划、中科院先导A项目和上海市重大项目等。
