Recently, "①Using machine learning technologies (such as random forest and deep neural networks, such as long and short-term memory neural networks (LSTM) or time delay neural networks (TDNN)) technology, combined with data analysis and digital twins to predict future structural behavior; ②Propose a correlation model under multi-source data and multi-factor analysis of structural engineering/bridge and tunnel engineering, and form an evaluation model and early warning method for structural engineering/bridge and tunnel engineering service performance and disaster response under big data analysis technology"; Learn to introduce multi-hazard early warning in emergency situations, use long and short-term memory neural network LSTM in dynamic parameter location, and introduce convolutional neural network CNN to emergency damage classification, so as to enable rapid response and qualitative evaluation of structural engineering/ Research on the degree of multi-hazard crisis of bridge and tunnel engineering. A lot of work has been carried out in the fields of theoretical research, numerical simulation, experimental dynamic testing and intelligent transportation of train-bridge and tunnel engineering system vibration. Now one software copyright has been obtained (high-speed railway train Track bridge dynamic analysis software V1.0, registration number: 2010R11L141460); published papers in international authoritative SCI journals such as Structure and Infrastructure Engineering, Engineering Structures, Vehicle System Dynamics and ASCE Journal of performance of constructed facilities as the first author19 More than 18 papers; EI search papers more than 18, CSCD search papers more than 4 papers; more than 20 authorized invention patents; 3 awards awarded; 5 national, provincial and ministerial projects.
