1. 心肌损伤后修复和心肌再生机制研究:采用多种心肌损伤和心肌再生动物模型,结合现代转基因动物技术和先进分子生物学手段,阐明不同类型心肌损伤的分子病理机制,研究改善心肌微环境对于心肌损伤后修复和心肌再生的影响和潜在临床应用策略,探寻延缓甚至逆转心肌损伤病理进程的分子治疗靶点。
2. 血小板功能和血栓形成机制研究:采用微流控系统研究血栓形成过程中的流体动力学特征和血小板激活的分子机制,通过体外和体内系统测试支架表面涂层对血小板活化、粘附和聚集的影响,为优化支架表面涂层方案提供实验依据。
