Lin-Ching Chang received the M.Sc. and D.Sc. degrees in computer science from The George Washington University, Washington, DC, USA, in 1993 and 1998, respectively. She is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and the Director of the Data Analytics Program, The Catholic University of America. Prior to that, she was a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Intramural Research and Training Award Program, National Institutes of Health, working on computational neuroscience projects with a focus on quantitative image analysis of diffusion tensor MRI. Her main research interests include machine learning, data analytics, computer vision, and medical informatics.
