目前开展的研究课题是:1. 化学小分子对三螺旋核酸(DNA/RNA)的结构稳定与构象转换调控研究; 2 基于功能金属配合物的DNA拓扑异构酶双重抑制剂及其抗肿瘤活性研究;
目前致力于化学小分子对非经典核酸DNA/RNA的结构识别及其生物功能调控研究,在国际知名期刊上已发表SCI论文50余篇;为Inorganic Chemistry、Dalton Transactions、Journal of Inorganic. Biochemistry、Journal of Organometallic Chemistry、Journal of Biological Inorganic Chemistry 等学术期刊审稿人。
