个人简介
Libin Gao was an Associate Professor. Her research focuses on microwave dielectric materials, dielectric tunable thin films and integrated device, through-glass via (TGV) technology, and 3-D integration. Recently, she has authored or coauthored more than 30 journal articles, five authorized invention patents, besides hosted and participated more than ten research projects, which include the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
Prof. Gao serves as an Editor for Ceramic-Silikaty, and a reviewer for some SCI journals such as Journal of Alloys and Compounds, Journal of American Ceramic Society, Journal of Applied Physics A, and Thin Solid Films.
