Bio
长期从事激光材料、人工晶体材料的研发工作,在激光晶体结构设计与新材料发展、近零缺陷人工晶体制备和极限性能应用等方面取得了重要研究成果。首次提出激活离子“局域格位结构设计和调控”的学术思想,发展了一系列具有优异光谱和激光性能的稀土掺杂氟化物激光晶体,为超强超快激光技术发展提供了核心材料基础;发展了热交换坩埚下降法(HEB)晶体生长新技术,解决了极限透过率、超高光学均匀性氟化钙晶体“卡脖子”问题。“八英寸紫外氟化钙晶体材料”成套制备技术实现成果转移转化,为国产光刻机关键光学元件的自主可控提供保障。现担任中国稀土学会和中国晶体学会理事,《人工晶体学报》副主编,美国《应用光学》(Applied Optics)期刊专题编辑,《无机材料学报》、《硅酸盐学报》、《激光与光子学进展》等期刊编委。
