Li Zhang

Li Zhang received the B.Eng. (Hons.) and B.A. degrees in electrical engineering and economics from the National University of Singapore, in 2010, and the Ph.D. degree from the NUS Graduate School for Integrative Science and Engineering, National University of Singapore, in 2016. He is currently a Post-Doctoral Associate with the Singapore—MIT Alliance for Research and Technology, working on epitaxy and fabrication of GaN devices on 200-mm SEMI-spec Si platform. His research interests are GaN-on-Si epitaxy and integrated GaN LED/Si CMOS platform.
