(1)木薯淀粉生物合成、转位、转运和积累的分子机制, 创制高块根淀粉含量的木薯品种。
(2)玉米对非生物胁迫的抗性分子机制,耐非生物胁迫的玉米种质创制。
(3) 真菌和细菌耐重金属的分子机制,以及利用生物质材料去除工业废水中的重金属。
