重要病原微生物的防治技术与致病机制。
重点关注新发突发病毒病、专性胞内寄生菌和多重耐药菌等。
采用生物化学、生物信息学、合成生物学等多学科方法,开展传染病防控新技术新方法研究。
目前的主要研究方向有:
1.Q热立克次体培养新方法。
2.沙眼衣原体Pgp4调控基因转录机制。
3.新发病毒病的流行病学分析。
学术兼职:
中国人兽共患病学会衣原体学组副组长,中国衣原体学会学术委员。
