I am a computationally skilled scientist with extensive experience in bioinformatics and machine learning. I led many data science projects that deepened insight into brain anatomy, development, and disorders. These projects used deep neural networks and integrative analyses of transcriptomic datasets.
My publication record shows that I've applied these methods to large datasets to extract robust and important signals. Furthermore, these interdisciplinary works demonstrate my ability to work effectively with diverse collaborators.
