Lei Zhang(张磊)

Lei Zhang Joined the Center for Advanced Biomedical Imaging and Photonics in 2013 as a Postdoctoral Fellow. He is currently working on the interface of genetics, biomedical optics and bioengineering developing optically controlled epigenetic and optogenetic tools and light scattering spectroscopic methods for early cancer detection. He is an Instructor in medicine with Harvard University, Boston, MA, USA. He has published multiple papers and chapters, including papers in Nature Biomedical Engineering as a first author, Light: Science and Applications, Endocrinology, and others. Originally trained as a geneticist.
